Ok fine I'll contribute lol

I chose 6pm myself. I'm looking for a one bedroom though. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but it's difficult. I'm not going to lie.

I completely understand @lorritto, im trying not to be optimistic but also trying not to be pessimistic , I just wanna follow through with everything they need. And take it from there. What will be for us, will be.

Just think positive

Congratulations ladies I really hope you all get through with the apartment you want, if possible could anyone find out what log there up 2 and how many units are left? Esp for the 1 bedrooms It would really help me to gauge my expectations because when I email they just tell me they are dealing with lower logs I wish they were more transparent it would help to know what steps to take next

Experience I went there today and overall the apartment itself is a little small literally everything is right there , but it’s nice or whatever I like it but a lot of people trying to get an 2 bedroom sheesh I don’t know how this might go

Dont think Ill be able to post the pictures on here but yes all apartments are small. The one bedroom had two different setups. 1 one bedroom apt has a island in the kitchen and the island is cutting into the living room. But overall nice. Dishwasher and options for washer and dryer in unit. A gym and parking lot available. Parking is (i think) $300/month or year.

The 2nd bedroom doesnt have a closet. So thats the only downfall. Bathroom is big and modern.

They also said the utilities are not included. The guy couldnt tell us how many units were available. He said we will have to speak to our project manager for that information.
