Yes that’s great nobody haven’t gotten to the step you got to yet so give it another week to see if she email you back or look on your housing connect app to see if you have any updates & ummm I’m going hold on until they reach my log number I feel like by time they reach me 2 bedrooms gonna be out so I’m just praying hopefully
I forgot to mention they said the apartment comes with washer/dryer hookup. Not to be mistaken with it already having a washer/dryer when you move in.
I'm sure they will move fast with this process since they are marketing non-HC apartments as ready to move-in by May 15th. The wild card is HPD approval timeline which seems to vary greatly between applicants.
I think the Shirley lady have me confused with my other lottery apartment I was selected for because I emailed her with the log number and stuff right & she emailed me back saying am I interested in any studios or 1 bedrooms I’m like no I haven’t viewed any studios in that building etc . Reside needs to fix they management team
Ummm... lol.. I also have Shirley and was just assigned to her again on another lottery. It sounds like Ms. Shirley is overwhelmed and they need to hire more workers.
She's carrying them. I asked how many people are in front of me and I was told less than 5. I don't want to hound them but now I want to know if that includes the two-bedroom applicants. Regardless that should leave me with options hopefully
