Other non-lottery units in the building are being advertised with a ready to move-in date of May 14. I don't know about details but the building is for sure done.
Yes they dont have all the permits for the building as of yet. So yes we are waiting for inspection, permits etc. what I'm thinking is, that what if peoples voucher expire because the building is taking too long. Maybe we can ask the project manager whats the eta on the buildings getting approvals. Im happy they are being proactive and getting the tenants paperwork set up so that it will be quicker to move in once cleared.
It now says "Review Complete" on Housing Connect as of Friday (yesterday) but I have not been contacted about it. I see they uploaded a file on the website on Wednesday afternoon. It doesn't look like HPD has reviewed it yet though because that would be too fast
No it is possible , some people get approved by hpd in 3 days some people be a week or so it depends but if it’s saying review completed then you good
I can't believe this is really about to happen. Maybe a June 1st or a mid-month move-in date might be an option if the building already has all it's permits. July 1st would be a nightmare for me if I'm honest.
