Other non-lottery units in the building are being advertised with a ready to move-in date of May 14. I don't know about details but the building is for sure done.

Yes they dont have all the permits for the building as of yet. So yes we are waiting for inspection, permits etc. what I'm thinking is, that what if peoples voucher expire because the building is taking too long. Maybe we can ask the project manager whats the eta on the buildings getting approvals. Im happy they are being proactive and getting the tenants paperwork set up so that it will be quicker to move in once cleared.

Yeah my shopping letter had expired on the 9 so I’m waiting on my caseworker to regenerate mines as we speak .

I got called in for a viewing yesterday. They only have 1 bedrooms available. A few of them. So i did not take it.

It now says "Review Complete" on Housing Connect as of Friday (yesterday) but I have not been contacted about it. I see they uploaded a file on the website on Wednesday afternoon. It doesn't look like HPD has reviewed it yet though because that would be too fast

No it is possible , some people get approved by hpd in 3 days some people be a week or so it depends but if it’s saying review completed then you good

I can't believe this is really about to happen. Maybe a June 1st or a mid-month move-in date might be an option if the building already has all it's permits. July 1st would be a nightmare for me if I'm honest.

Yea I honestly dont want to move in July 1st but better late than never. My application says Review complete as well.
