Congratulations on progress so far. Is this building finished and ready to be occupied? Sometimes a person can be approved and all that but has to wait for the building to get permits and inspections.
Thank you & The building and everything is finish I’ve been on this building since they started building it so I’m pretty sure it is just prolly alittle inspection and wiping down to do

The building does not have a TCO in the DOB filings, a TCO is needed to go forward before you can move. Sometimes the address can be different than the listed address on the development, but I could not find a TCO for 906 east New York avenue in DOB filings.
If such is the case be prepared to wait a little longer, with a voucher it by default takes longer than without a voucher so it may work out best for you. Not sure if the voucher process goes forward when there is no valid TCO for the building.
