My experience is similar. Everyone rushed to see the two-bedroom apartment. The one-bedroom reminded me of a studio instead. The AC in the room and the living room are HUGE and extends at least 12 inches into the rooms taking up even more space. The bathroom was decent though. He also said we should confirm with the office that these apartments will come with a washer/dryer.

I emailed the lady today and asked her after the viewing what’s the process of waiting she replied back to me and said
This would depend on the interest rate ahead of you, your application details etc. Are you interested based on the viewing? Guys im interested but the bedrooms ain’t giving king size bed with big a$$ tv and dresser set etc to fit plus a lot of people like these units so I might withdrawal my application and move on I feel like by time they reach me no more units will be available

Yea I do feel like the bedrooms are small. This is the only apt Ive gotten this far with. Others I've been pulled but haven't even gotten to the 2nd round of documents as of yet. I think I might still stick it out for the year and see where that leaves me.

Last I heard, they are still gathering feedback. I wonder if they'll update us when things change or if we have to ask for updates

Yeah I reached out the next day and asked her how long is the process from after the viewing she said This would depend on the interest rate ahead of you, your application details etc. Are you interested based on the viewing? and I told her my opinion and so most likely she will email you with a update just keep a eye out for your email who ever have a low log number

Hey everyone,
Busy weekend so I wasnt able to keep you guys posted.
After the viewing i told the project manager that Im interested. I think 2 days (May 2nd) after the viewing which was Tuesday, April 30th I got a email saying in eligible for the 2bd room. I had to sign a residence verification form. I had to also send them my direct contact number. Today (May 6th) I signed a rider to TIC form and some other forms. Seems like things are moving but wont say its officially mine till I sign a lease
