What's a the best NYCHA Housing development outside the bronx? I'm looking to transfer to a housing development in Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan ASAP!

The best would be Harborview Terrace in Manhattan, but the reality is that it's nearly impossible to get in. I would look into Forrest Homes or even a Mitchell Lama development.
Isaacs houses and Holmes Towers are in the best neighborhood, the Upper East Side. They have better view than many million-dollar condos. Someone else could comment on the inside condition since I don't live there.
i say throggs Neck or any other place you have to travel. trouble dont like to to go far if you know what i mean. it maybe a hike from work daily but to have peace of mind is priceless!! and i never lived in the pj's but enough knowledge to know where u do decide check the area at night and see what really goes down.
Could someone tell me about wise towers? How big are the apartments and how long is the wait?
