The further you go up in Manhattan (Inwood, Washington Heights), the cheaper.
The lower you go in Brooklyn (Brighton Beach, Coney Island, Sheepshead Bay), the cheaper.
The Bronx is cheaper all around, depends on the co op.
The further from Manhattan you go in Queens (Corona, Elmhurst, Jamaica), the cheaper.
