I normally don't post articles like this but this businesses got a lot of heat for having a enhanced security in a neighborhood still in progression. I don't think that was fair.
They stole hennessy and ciroc that's the most popular drink in the ghetto.

Turns out the liquor store looked ghetto because it was in the ghetto, not because of the plexiglass. Who would have thought it?

LOL. I like how people were complaining that the plexiglass made the store ghetto. Nope, sorry. The plexiglass made the store safe. I feel sorry for the owner he should pack up and leave.

"Everything can't be nice"

Interesting turn of phrase, sorta pessimistic. He may of meant "not everything can be nice", but then again, perhaps he didn't if he's going to the store to get drunk.

Stupid racially prejudiced comment.

How the H do YOU know? Did a ghetto survey?

Brain dead presumptions.

Look at her, man. And she lives in a "2 to 3 million dollar brownstone". For the area, she screams upper crust.

Coltrane, you've posted some of the dumbest, most race obsessed, hate whitey comments on any forum I've ever come across. I'm not even gonna bother arguing with you.

Look, I initially asked the OP how he knew it was "largely" life long residents after he commented when seeing me post about snotty yuppies. I see one lady who is. But whatever, I still stand by that. There are tons of snotty life long ny'rs in this city. That's actually what many people around the country think of when they think about new york. I just like talkin smack about snotty folk. Especially when stuff like this happens. That's all I was trying to say...
