If I didn't just sell my bike (Kryptonite lock and all) a few days ago, I would have contacted you. However, I was selling it for $400.

There's a place called B's Bikes near the Nassau Ave. G train station that sells new and used bikes. You can try giving them a call to see if they have anything in your price range.

Otherwise I know there's some guy way out in Gerritsen Beach that sells some vintage bikes, sometimes for cheap.

I just listed a bike on CL, assuming you are looking for a ladies bike. Scwinn Ladies w/ accessories (http://newyork.craigslist.org/mnh/bik/2971699869.html - broken link) It might be out of your price range though, depends how much you were going to spend on extras, locks, helmet, lights.
