I enrolled on-line. First time I asked for discount at Washington Bridge. The guy from toll both confirmed that discount rate was applied. Same day at Goethals Bridge I asked about discount and was declined. At that time operator told me that I'm not enrolled in the plan.
Today called 800-333-8655 (for New York). Representative confirmed my enrollment and opened 2 dispute tickets. She said that I will be notified about resolution by mail.
I would consider doing this but then I would have to wait an extra 10+ minutes in the Cash lane!
