I mean I guess I understand why Tier 6 guys would want to take the test, it's a pay raise for them. But on the other hand can you imagine walking into a garage as a supervisor with 2 yrs on the job? No ones gonna respect or listen to you. The money is appealing I guess, but you are lookin at a boat load of grief.
