Is this ever distributed to the public? Why is this only available in English and Chinese? It definitely needs to be translated into more languages... Spanish, Korean, Hebrew just to name a few...
If I didn't touch any "bad" garbage, less than half the route would be picked up. Between dirty recycling, unmarked cans, grass clippings and branches mixed in with regular garbage, cans without lids and oversized containers our foreman should be out there all day long. Some of those big freakin garbage cans make the 30 gallon ones look miniature. Makes me want to cycle them up by accident.
We speak english in this country. that said "ignorance of the LAW does not excuse you of the law." ..like I said before just leave it laying there .and tell your supevisor of the offence. BY Law they should receive a ticket.

That was MPrus who got that job because of a "political connection"...there are a lot of private sanitation companies in Queens and Brooklyn. This is a pretty big company. Action Environmental :: Welcome
As a helper you have to get on and off the step of the truck around 800 times a shift,not all stops have dumpsters on wheels. I bet a 10 hr workday is the norm.
However to get hired you have to be either (A)Crackhead or (B)an Illegal Alien...
