I don't think they going by log numbers anymore, if you type in 24 West 141 Street apartments and then stroll down to CC management they are accepting emails from people who have interest in the apartment, what a shame how they play with people.
I was just told by my case working they are still trying to to verify my information after giving it to them two weeks again and i would still have to wait another 2-4 weeks before they complete the verification and send the file out for review to get the final decision.
I still have another month or two before I hear back regarding this apartment. I'm still applying to other AH if this does not work out which im starting to believe is going to happen.
Can someone help me. I received a denial letter before I got an email from my case worker to hand in more documents for proof of my husband. I'm going to do the appeal. But It was based off of my income being to low to qualify for the minimum gross required. Something like that. I'm so pissed cause I really need an apartment for me and my son smh

have you already handed in the documents your case worker asked for and have you asked you case worker why the letter was sents when clearly you were asked to hand in more document.

bcuz my log number is very high 27k...thats what she said...she said i met the requirements but my log number is high....and last week i received my money order back
