I wish I knew that answer. I would call APD, they would know the most accurate information.

I called DCAS and received more of a clarification on some things.

1.) Everyone who received another hiring pool letter received it because during your specific round of hiring or before, all vacancies were filled.

2.) Outstanding certification can vary from agency to agency (length of time w/ this status). You're name is on the list of eligible applicants requested from said agency to be appointed post background investigation etc. etc.

3.) Each time all vacancies are filled, your name is sent back to DCAS to be placed back on the list of eligibles, and each time your name is requested you will receive a letter from said agency to attend a hiring pool.

I also took the liberty to call APD to find out when the next class is, it starts next week. Anyone who is/has been appointed should have already received their letters. There is no additional scheduled classes at this time.
