Not surprised at all. Everyone knows I rant and rave about these things, just wanted to share the latest story with the new guys. There will be more, there's always more.

I completely understand what you're saying. However, I respect those that have paid their dues in working their way up the ladder & never forgot where they came from.

It wasn't just that they got them there....They got them there while others had transfers to go there
And a very small message was sent. But if we really wanted to, we could completely ruin things for months at a time. Guys really don't know the power we have. Oh well...

Ur 6 month raise is automatic..notifty ur garage foreman that you hsve completed 6 month and hell put in for the uniform allowace for you and anyone else at ur garage with the same time on..congrats on 6 months only22 more years to go now
I don't recall ever getting a letter about that. Just be a new thing
