I'll be the first to admit, me as a white male, outwardly liberal because others opinions dictate my "real self" yet being an authoritative conservative deep down, I do feel inferior to the non traditional foreigners taking over what I thought was an irish and I-talian city.

Being a businessman doesn't mean you'll want to push the poor and middle class out. It actually might lead to the complete opposite. Instead he might find things for them to do so that they can stay.
