It's cowardly to witness an intense wrongdoing and not say anything.
Need to define "intense wrongdoing" here. If you see a perp running with a woman's purse you definitely shove the guy to the ground as he's trying to run past you. If you see a man dragging a woman into an alley you confront the guy (if you have any balls).
A verbal argument on the train? Not so much, unless you want their fight to become your fight. If it had come to a physical altercation on the woman people would have gotten up. If it was a fight with a strong man and an elderly guy people would have gotten up. If it was a fight between two evenly matched guys nobody in the right street smarts mind would do anything unless one guy started pummeling him on the ground and he was obviously defeated

You do have a good point, and that's why I use good judgment if I decide to say something. The lady in the video did not need help she was handling it...lol... although two women at two different times help move the short guy away. it was like watching a live comedy show.
why is this news or even a thing? this happens every day on the L train. and why are all of these videos cut and edited so to remove all context? you never see what happened before the video starts, for all i know, the black lady may have called him a cracka ass cracka first.
