interesting opinion. It seems you lack any experience and/or perspective related to this issue. But if it makes you feel good to spout this nonsense have at it!

That is absolutely not true.

Most poor and working class parents (who make up the majority of students at Stuyvesant, for example), can't afford to pay for additional services/classes for their children.

Should parents of special needs children or children with learning disabilities have to pay out of pocket for appropriate classes and services for THEIR children??

Yes, trash wanting special services fir their kids that they are not entitled from the general public school system.

That’s all.

They will in the end have no choice but accept whatever the city and state tries to do.

Between a socialistic approach that the government knows best with a one size fits all policy... and a policy of if you don't like it you can pack sand policy, I believe individual schools and districts know what's best.

Specialized schools in NYC serve poor immigrant trash.

The city and state may alter them as they please.

Everyone is assuming the city spends more money per student at Stuyvesant than at other schools. I haven't seen that shown as a fact. I actually see the opposite. https://chalkbeat.org/posts/ny/2018/...new-york-city/

Good .maybe that moron will finally shut up about funding.
Throwing more money at schools is not going to fix poor performance.
