Who knows. I have no idea how anyone gets fentanyl, other than a medical professional who signs it out of a tightly controlled dispenser machine, and documents in detail a particular dose for a particular patient, with a witness for the discarded leftover amount.

Oh I did not say that was their one and only drug of choice, there are others too. I could have said meth just as well. It is a common knowledge what homeless addicts are addicted to (and I can easily recognize a person in the street who has taken either an opioid or a stimulant; I'm familiar with their medical effects). But no, I don't know exactly how they get that stuff, except that there are dealers involved. I assume the money with which they pay is probably from welfare or from theft or the addict works as a dealer and keeps some of the merchandise for personal use. But I don't really know details. Why should I need to know how people get addictive drugs in order to have the right idea about an effective way, which is also the most affordable way for the taxpayers who are forced to fund it, to try and get an addict out of addiction?
