$130,000.00 & UP!!!!!! BOY!!! Do I feel old!!!! Our house was the "President" model with tall columned porch & a big bay window.

I just came back from a week up to Dutchess County to see friends!! My skin was dry & cracking, my lips were chapped & bleeding, & after 3 days there I came down with a bug & was in bed for 2 days!!! I'm glad I'm back home in the warmth & humidity!!!

I also just bought a piece of land while I was up there....it's 9'x9' in the rural cemetary...ya got any models to fit???

It's funny, I still remember going to the Newburgh Schoonmaker office & our salesman was named Stuckey...a real nice guy!! Don't even know if he's still alive it was so far back!!

Well I'm glad you guys are still around!! As I said, we were very happy with all aspects of Schoonmaker in regards to our house!!!

And Jerry, since I saw all the daffodils & such starting, HAPPY SPRING!!!

I have to second on the Schoonmaker homes. My hubby's family had one built back in I "think" 1967. Still in great shape. Definitely recommend them too.
