I am so doing the LL bean slipper thing.
What a great idea.
Thank you.
Our driveway is a dirt road and we have a no shoe policy.
Heck might just an extra set or two for guests.
Oh abut the gun safe/weapon thing, yes we are a target shooting family.
Even if we weren’t having a gun that needs proper storage a good gun safe is a must for most families.
We store paperwork, jewelry, pictures.
I can’t see how a family can live without one.
I like to give people food gifts, something I know they will enjoy and is nutritious; not candy.
Those giant crates of fresh fruit - OMG. I would never buy myself a giant crate of grapefruit, but when I got one, we went nuts eating and juicing them.
So fun!
Money's tight this year, but we still always like to give each other something to unwrap. This year, my family gifts consist of:
- fancy dinner & live performance tickets to an illusionist show
- another fancy dinner & holiday light-viewing at a landmark hotel
- sound machine - for rest, de-stress, meditation, &/or better sleeping purposes
- essentials oils (to diffuse)
- wallet
- book
- DVD movies
- fancier-than-usual computer mouse
- fun t-shirt
(- usually a few GCs for a grocery store, Target, Walmart, or Sephora but not this time)
The only thing I don't know is what I'm getting!
