My wife and I are debating getting a prefab house from Susquehanna Modular and wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them.

No idea. But a friend is building in Dingmans ferry and using Wayne Day ( I think thats his name). He comes highly recommedded and my friend is going the modular route.
