I was mistaken, this makes ten and that's just in Wilkes Barre. It's ridiculous, not too long ago there was two toddlers that were shot and then about a week later they found that guy who shot and killed that toddler in NYC in the same complex. It's almost exclusively black on black murders in or around that same complex inevitably with ties to NYC or Philly. There was another guy shot over some verbal disagreement and now you have this DJ who was shot for who knows what reason....
