They're betting you won't be able to resist their expensive but gorgeous baked goods. Over the over priced bottle of wine to go with dinner. Wegman's is my favorite store. They have some incredible deals, but not on everything--so you have to shop carefully!

The really funny thing about the milk is that neither me, my friend, or my parents will buy their milk anymore.

Nine times out of ten, the milk has a "taste" to it that I don't like. It's not sour or old but it's a very strong flavor. At first, I just thought it was me because I can be rather finicky when it comes to milk. But when my friend told me the same thing I was glad I wasn't crazy. My mom refuses to buy anymore milk there. Occasionally, I would get a gallon that was okay but, more often than not, it isn't and it really ruins my cereal. I even tried their organic milk but it was the same thing. So I usually pick up another brand of organic milk while I'm there or buy my milk at another grocery store.

Or, because they have a ton with a sell by date of February 1. Same with eggs, bought a dozen (and they had a ton also) yesteday with a sell by date of Feb 9. I don't understand why their dairy and alot of the meats have short sell by/use by dates. My one complaint.

Buy the almond milk! More nutritious, lower calories, and better taste.

Ew, I don't know how they manage to milk almonds.

My milk's date was Feb 6th (though I had to dig past a bunch of Feb. 1sts). Got them!

I also slay wegmans because I like to cook so I don't buy their billion dollar prepared foods. I just buy the cheap stuff. As a former teenage grocery store employee, I have no idea how Wegmans gets their employees to be so helpful/happy. They must be paid decently.

and also, the milk tasted totally fine to me.

You just pull on their tiny little almond teats, of course!

You might be just fine. There are some people that obviously don't even notice it and it's hit or miss at that.

I've read a whole thing on line about this and apparently it's not just Wegman's. Nationwide there are people that complain about it. I think some people just don't notice it and some people are more sensitve about it.

No one yet knows what causes it but it seems to have something to do with the feed the cows are eating.

Yep, I've noticed that too especially on the eggs.

Wish I could but I've got a nut allergic person in my household.
