I have reanalyzed my concept btw, and find it to be even more feasible if the deck is extended all the way to the existing abutments for 495. For an additional 30 million dollars of decking, 6 extra acres could be attained. Now.... directly adjacent to 495 you would only have some serious high rises and mostly offices within the first 25 stories since no resident would want to live next to 495.

That had nothing to do with it. She was harassed and someone was posting personal information about her in inappropriate places. She finally decided it wasn't worthwhile to keep posting here. She continues to post on another forum.
