Dude, come on. Wakefield HS? In average SAT score it's below even TC Williams. And Key Elementary was a designated failing school recently.

You're not getting a 2500sf place with a 2-car garage for under $600k in Arlington. Hell, there's barely any single-family houses that aren't complete teardowns for that budget (and I'm not just not talking about bathrooms outta the 70s and a completely un-updated kitchen.)
