Visiting many times is one aspect , but after much research on return/residing, the effort to live in Oahu compared to the general expense and negatives, is simply not worth it. If not buying, the lease-rental is
delusional. Obviously many do stay, but many leave as well. Success to them, but the future economics do not look encouraging. Many other options - locations are pretty good and for FAR less, in every way.
