Thanks. It does help. It is defintely a more promising rental area for pets in OK than around here for sure! (Mass.) We were thinking of selling our home here and renting until hubby finds a job down there, but it doesn't look like it will be easy. (because the limits on pets up here are 2 pets at the most... IF you're lucky enough to find a place that allows pets). Ah well.

Meanwhile, we're having great fun looking at homes for sale in OK (we're limited to looking online for now - until we can get down there). Hubby is in the process of applying for a job so we're thinking we can check out places when the interview appointment is set up.

Am I too impatient or does all this have to take sooooooooooooooo long? This process is way too slow!

There. Now that I got that out of my system, I feel better. Just save a spot for me!

You can also use homesok.com to look at buying houses. They have a pretty good advanced map search tool.

Having fun looking online at homes. Thanks for the home site. So many nice homes... can't make a decision!

I find myself feeling 'homesick' for Oklahoma already. Is that possible?

Sure, looking at houses, and see the surrounding areas online could certainly trigger some memories that would make you homesick. Good luck with your search, and keep us posted on your trip in May.

Will do.

My sister-in-law was worried we would not want to move there when we found out that the food and clothing are taxed. They must not know that Massachusetts has been nicknamed Taxacheusetts! (Huh. I wonder why Mass hasn't decided to tax clothing and food too? )
