I remember spraying the cows with insecticide in those hand pump sprayers and hangind those fly stips every day.

I don't have a problem with any flying insects, except for bees, but they're outside.
Glue traps for mice work good for crawling bugs.

I don't seem to have any of the bugs that just crawl, they all fly and most of them dive bomb me.

And the Dark Side of animal magnetism struck again - I found a dead possum behind some boxes in my living room. I have absolutely NO idea how it got in, there's only ever one door open and two of the dogs lay in the doorway to catch any breezes. Besides, possums are night critters, and the door is shut when it starts getting dark.

Just another EEEK! moment in My Life and Strange Times, I guess.

Kari, someone dumped the parent of Moose. I can't tell if it's the mommy or daddy. It's a LOT taller than I thought. Taller than my GSD. I cannot believe it. Why do people just dump dogs like that?

Welcome to the world of "pets are disposable' - I keep saying there's a reason why I frequently prefer animals to people.

Mouse is doing great. She's so smart it's scary, and she's also very loving and friendly. And funny - she just figured out yesterday now to jump up on my bed - soaked from all the rain and covered with mud!

I was tempted to wring her neck, but she was so proud of herself...

Don't thin it out too much!! You might have some valuable crap in there!!

We have 40 years of crap and even hand me down crap! There is no way in hell we would ever move now. It would take a fleet of u-hauls.

mk, there is no way in heck I am sticking my head down there. It is a female. She was lying on her back. Now I know why Mouse is so docile. The mother is very docile and passive. She learned what firecrackers are today!
