Parking in red zone (car, office, parking ticket)

My car was partially parked in red zone covered by grass and alongside my car
My front car half did not show red zone and was covered with grass
When I returned I saw grass removed from rear showing part of red zone which was covered beforehand
I found this out when I disputed ticket and was sent a picture shot by parking ticket officer
All other areas will still covered
I filed a dispute and will see results
Can I refile if I lose to show that only partial are was cleared to fight ticket

Unless you have a picture showing that the red was covered the day you parked there, I would say you probably will not be successful. You cannot prove that there was no red showing. Also, usually a red zone will also have a sign, if there is one there you will certainly not win.
