I have the luxury of working from home, so commute/location is not an issue for me. I've been trying to research out an area to live reasonably accessible to Disneyworld that has decent schools/lifestyle. I'm not race phobic so social makeup doesn't bother me, but lived in heavily hispanic areas and found the excess of school funding gets allocated towards handling non-english speaking students so I'd like to avoid that specific problem if I can.

Any suggestions?

I agree…Dr. Phillips, Windermere, or the part of Winter Garden that's the closest to Disney. What is your price range?

Windermere is awesome. If you choose Winter Garden for price, try to get into the Keene's Crossing Elementary school zoning which should put you in the Bridgewater Middle School district........AND depending on your kids ages the new High School that will be somewhere around that area in the next few years.

Also agree with another poster above in terms of Clermont = has best value of all three places mentioned but further out and away from things.....but close enough to the back entrance of Disney.

How big of a property you need ( bedrooms) and what style -- single family/condo/townhome?

Based on that, it will be easier to narrow down the options.
