If her kid was a genius they wouldn't be behind in schooling. Just saying.

I don't think that advising someone to rethink their idea is rude. We are simply telling her that things are going to be really tough here and she would be likely better off staying where she is. Isn't that why people ask for others opinions, to get them?

If you are making less than $600 a month, I am not sure how you can afford to move to the U.S. let alone survive here on that income. Maybe if your kids were able to find jobs to help out. I have no clue on the steps to gain citizenship, but I am sure there are significan cost in that. Best of luck!

Not being rude but someone needs to tell her the truth she will be homeless in a month without someone paying her bills. The truth the best thing she could do for the kid is to put them up for adoption so they have a chance. Lets look at her problems she is 54 years old and without the miscarriages she would have 9 kids.

2 bad marriages
I had four miscarriages
I married the father of my children after three more miscarriages
Diagnosed with Depression and acute anxiety
Diagnosed with diabetes
Lower back problems and weak knees
I have Osteoarthritis

she does not make smart decisions and moving to Orlando is just another bad mistake.

Maybe, maybe not. Florida ranks near the bottom of the barrel for providing government handouts.
Which US States Have The Most Welfare Benefit Programs? [Interactive Map]

While she might eventually get more dollars of benefits in Florida if she's able to get in the Section 8 system (which will take a few years of living…..with a friend? on the streets?), the cost of living is also higher here, so any additional dollar value benefits achieved here won't go as far.

If she's looking for a new start in the mainland, balancing cost of living and benefits available, somewhere like Kansas or places in the Corn Belt might provide that new start, and there would be potential for her sons to get manual labor farm jobs to help bring in some money.

Another suggestion….as belief in Christianity appears to be important, what about trying to find an organization that is looking for missionaries overseas, and then have the whole family get a new start that way in a different country where there might be more opportunities? I believe they would provide things like food and lodging, and perhaps they could also help get the kids up to speed educationally.
