Hello everyone! I thought it would be nice to show everyone a few photos of your "digs" to let us all delve a bit deeper into your personal tastes (or lackthereof). LOL!
I'll get the ball rolling:
Ahhh...the quiet, non-descript existence of the Scranton suburbs. Our family's home was built in the mid-1970s on a 3/4-acre lot about 15 minutes south of the city.
Here's the image of our side yard with the landscaped hillside rising up towards the neighbors' property.
The backyard shed and pool.
The rear of our home and our next-door neighbors' home.
The white house is my little row house in Richmond. We only have 5 bedrooms and no servants. But we're getting used to a more middle class way of life.
This is not my house but my sister's. It's off center because they wanted the banner in the pic. I'd post my house too but I don't have a pic at the moment - don't think I've ever taken one. For a visual though, it's about the size of the window on her house with cobalt blue trim.

Awesome! This is exactly the type of home I dream about. Unfortunately, Scranton doesn't have many rowhomes, so I'll have to settle for a pish-posh Victorian detached dwelling. (I know...so awful, right?) LOL! I didn't realize Richmond had such beautiful architecture; this reminds me a lot of Old Town Alexandria, one of the only spots in Northern Virginia that I actually like.

Wow! Talk about opulence! I just can't get over the size of those front entry doors. Cool!
Here is ours in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. We live in Lake Country about 25-30 minutes to Milwaukee and about 1 hour from Madison . It is considered a rural suburb. We have an acre of land with a prairie behind us, a pond on one side and a neighbor on the other and we are in a subdivision with lots of greenspace. I love to garden, so I love the big yard.

OMG, that is perfect Norman Rockwell Christmas-like! I love that house with all the snow and all Christmasy, sigh...."I Love this Christmasy time of year". Ok, I"ll stop being all mushy, but really it is beautiful.
