Today's Question(s):

If you were selected for Jury Duty would you talk about the case with your Spouse/SO/DP or family even though the Judge says not to ?
I'd like to think not, but maybe if it was an especially tricky case (or a particularly juicy one ), I might be tempted to 'talk in my sleep'.

Bonus Question:

How much is your local daily newspaper ?
I haven't bought a daily paper in several years, but I think it costs $1.50.
How about the big Sunday edition ?
Probably around $2.00

Extra Credit Question:
lol time to make me feel old

Was there a Black & White TV in your home while you were growing up ?
Yup - and it had a 9" screen

Do you remember when you got your first color TV ?
Colour TV wasn't available in Australia till around 1974 (and then only in a limited way). At that time, I was too busy being a twenty-something to even own a TV. I don't actually remember when I got my first colour TV - perhaps around 1977 - maybe even later.

Inquiring Minds:

Bank ?
or
Credit Union ?
Both - but I prefer credit unions - I used to consult to credit unions in my business so I have a very soft spot for them. I use a CU for day-to-day transactions and everyday savings, but have a bank credit card and an online bank investment account.

Just for Fun:

Does your Doctor or Dentist's office have "good magazines" in the waiting room ?
I'll tell you tomorrow - I have an 8.15am doctor's appointment I never seem to have time to read magazine's at the dentist - he's a very good timekeeper!

Have a great week everyone!

Good morning!!!

If you were selected for Jury Duty would you talk about the case with your Spouse/SO/DP or family even though the Judge says not to ? I would most likely share tid bits of my day with my hubby. I don't know if I would tell him specifics but I'm sure I would be able to share a lot of stupidity in our legal/court system..and then it would tick me off I share everything with him.

How much is your local daily newspaper ? We don't have a daily paper. The local paper here comes out on Wednesday and it is 50 cents...and usually not worth that

lol time to make me feel old Gee..thanks

Was there a Black & White TV in your home while you were growing up ? Most likely but I really don't remember..but I do remember having to adjust the TV quite a bit from the spinning lines. Oh yeah...and having to get up to change the channel, lol.

Do you remember when you got your first color TV ? No.

Bank ? but really why bother
or
Credit Union ?

Does your Doctor or Dentist's office have "good magazines" in the waiting room ?

My Doctor does but not my dentist.

Word Of the Day
attenuate \uh-TEN-yoo-eyt\ , verb;
1. To weaken or reduce in force, intensity, effect, quantity, or value
2. To make thin; make slender or fine

Can we attenuate my body?

Happy Monday!!!

If you were selected for Jury Duty would you talk about the case with your Spouse/SO/DP or family even though the Judge says not to ?
No.

Bonus Question:

How much is your local daily newspaper? 50 cents
How about the big Sunday edition? $1.50 (laughing out loud at the thought of it being called "big" edition)

Extra Credit Question:
lol time to make me feel old

Was there a Black & White TV in your home while you were growing up? Yep

Do you remember when you got your first color TV? I was married and was living in Alaska when we got our first one. After the divorce, I think it was around 1981 or 1982 when I got "my" first color one. My parent got their first one probably around '73 or '74.

Inquiring Minds:

Bank? This one, and
or
Credit Union? This one, too

Just for Fun:

Does your Doctor or Dentist's office have "good magazines" in the waiting room? Couldn't tell you, I always take a book with me to read.

Hope you all have a marvelous Monday!
