I don't drive to unfamiliar places anymore because I can't read the freeway/road signs until I am right up on them and then I'm never in the right lane.
Milwaukee. GPS fails there all the time and "the one way only", "you can't turn left", "this street doesn't go where you expect it to" will drive you crazy!!!
Omaha, NE Is the same way. At least GPS works there...
Ha Ha! Reminds me of our recent road trip. It took 2hours to get out of down town Memphis, even though we had a GPS, my DH had a map, & DS was driving. I was in the back seat of the mini-van & couldn't see nada, laughing my head off, cuz I had just had 32 oz of beer on Beal St. Ahhhh, good times!
I know someone who got lost going to LAX and she was using a nav! Now THATS pretty bad...but then driving to L.A. its easy to get lost, for some of us small town folks....
