I’m guessing with the two round pipe connections on the side of the building plus the two vents at the top, it’s used with a generating pump inside. Might have been built and associated with the larger building next to it for supplying water or a chiller for cooling the other building. The larger foot thick walls would be to muffle the noise from the gas generator or pump being used. And the smaller window might be associated with the ability to read a meter of some sort from the outside of the building, or more likely an air intake for a diesel engine. Basically a utility building for the "other" larger one next to it.

I think Magnum Mike's parents had it built to keep him out of mischief, you know, the new wave doghouse of his youth.

All things that crossed my mind when i first saw the building. Mechanical room of some sort, but no. It's really
not connected physically in anyway with another building.

Hint: One nearby building has such a thing indoors.

You never know.. I meant to mention it's solid reinforced concrete with some iron supports here and there.

Here's an inside shot from a 2nd door on the side.

On the cones.. I was looking at the hatch and hinge assembly and latch very similar on a nose cone of aircraft..

Since you bring that up there's two chambers. I could have said rooms to be deceptive.

It was just under a $100K. They're still a mystery but I believe they have a much more domestic origin.

I would look at the " History " of the area for both the UFO and " The Chamber" I would guess the " Chamber" ( needs ominous echo when said ) has something to do with military / science / testing as in " A" Bomb would the area be a old military base or " Skunk Works Site " and it could also be some ones Bomb Shelter from 1954 look for a old six pack of beer and a 1954 issue of Playboy inside..
