I read that as Milkman's Over Look and wondered what was so special about the milkman that he got a place named after him!

This is my family visiting some family friends of ours who were living in Arizona at the time. We're at the Grand Canyon in the very early '80s.

My sister, me (pink sweater), my mom, friend and my dad with the two-decades-too-late Beatles hair. If that Polaroid he's holding doesn't date this I don't know what does.

I already had this photo in my pictures folder. It's really the only reason I put it on here.

Falls Creek Falls.. Depending on temperature and how much rain we get.. Example Oct 7th you see temperatures during the day in the high 60's.. very little rain and low 60's at night and this trend stays and temperatures drop. Just a guess in and around that week of Halloween. Temperature & Rain makes them change.. currently we have tress turning now.. very little but starting..

UPDATE on what I said.. http://tnstateparks.com/parks/event_...colors-weekend

If you plan for a weekend you need to make reservations now.. At the park they have a Inn the rooms over looking the lake.. meals are menu or buffet style.
good walking boots-- or hiking.. dress warm -- the park is 21,000 Acers .. They have cabins & campgrounds.. RV & Tent..
You also have in the area.. Rock Island State Park .. Cookeville is appromatley 45 minutes by car route 111 will get you to either park..
