And now for Saturday's Questions

Do you have any artistic talents?

Other people say I do.

What are they?

I've been drawing since I was a toddler, on and off. I've made a point to be a lot more consistent and with it the past few years.

Also, I've always been decent with playing piano by ear.

What kinds of paintings/pictures do you like?

I love everything! I know when I see it - this sort of thing makes me excited.

Do you like the Opera?

Do you like Ballet?

Aside from a couple of free performances at some of the theater district's open houses downtown, I haven't properly experienced neither the opera or ballet. I love the symphony, though.

Extra Credit Questions:

Wine or Beer?
Don't drink.

Computer Whiz or Computer Basic?
Neither. I think I know more than basic, but not I'm certainly not a whiz.

Indoors or Outdoors?
Both.

Cactus or Bonsai Plant?
I have a cactus.

Scuba Dive or Skydive?
Never done either.

Medium Rare or Well Done?
Neither.

Ping Pong or Pinball?
I haven't played much of either, but they both make cool sounds.

Gas or Electric?
Electric.

Elevator or Escalator?
Stairs.

Google or Yahoo?
Google.

Sweet or Salty?
Sweet usually.

Bracelet or Necklace?
Probably necklace. Bracelets are nice but they get in my way.

Bonus Questions:
Tell us about your last “good” customer service.

How about the last bad customer service?

Hmm, I don't know.

Just For Fun:
It’s time for a round of Scattergories

Hello from sunny Florida. It has been a very busy week for my husband and I. We just got down to Florida with the moving truck last Sunday. Whew…I'm glad the drive is over. Getting ready to start remodeling a house and enjoying the sunset at our new place: Gorgeous!

Do you have any artistic talents? Yes.

What are they? Pottery, painting, piano playing.

What kinds of paintings/pictures do you like? Pretty much anything.

Do you like the Opera? I like some arias but not a huge fan of sitting through a whole opera.

Do you like Ballet? I've been to a few live performances and have enjoyed them. Not on the top of my performance art list though.

Wine or Beer? Wine
Computer Whiz or Computer Basic? Basic
Indoors or Outdoors? Hmmm - can I say both? I just did.
Cactus or Bonsai Plant? Cactus
Scuba Dive or Skydive? Scuba
Medium Rare or Well Done? Medium rare
Png Pong or Pinball? Ping pong
Gas or Electric? I need both in my house.
Elevator or Escalator? Elevator
Google or Yahoo? Google
Sweet or Salty? Salty
Bracelet or Necklace? Another both.

Tell us about your last “good” customer service. About a week ago, I was served by a remarkably pleasant lady in a retail store near me. She seemed to be happy to be there and was efficient and upbeat.

How about the last bad customer service? Interestingly enough, when I returned to the same store the next day, I encountered a different cashier and a cocky young man who was helping bag. He did nothing but talk to the cashier about the fact that he has a new job because "I'm too good to be doing this for the rest of my life"! They did not talk to me. I was very tempted to tell him that he might want to work on his customer service skills!
