used an ejector seat Nope but ,as an aircraft mechanic in the Air Force, I've sat in a lot of "pinned" ejection seats while working on the old F100s.
floatation cushion Yes. I once had a "blow-out bag" removed from the bottom of an F111 crew ejection module during the aircraft's periodic maintenance. After the Service, we used the thing as a floatation device at the lake. That was one BIG floatation cushion!
Hold on a sec. There's some people in blue suits knocking on my front door.
parachute ? I've only owned several parachute canopies that I used as tarps. I've never worn a parachute.
