Talking about TV I remember going to a rich neighbor's house and watching Dick Tracy in the late 40's.

It's possible one day. MeTv is buying up the rights to a lot of old shows to be shown one day. No schedules yet.
I'm watching Jack Benny right now on MeTv.

I remember getting our first TV set and not having much to actually watch on it.

Then, if a car drove by, it's ignition system caused static on the screen....that always seemed to happen at the worst moments.

I then recall going to a friend's house because they got the first color TV in town. The only color program was Disney's Wonderful World of Color.

Jack Benny is my all time favorite. I have been taping them off Directv. I just recently got into watching his shows, so I have not seen them all.

My Grandma said my G-Grandpa started talking back to the tv in our native language because the white man was talking to him. Out in the country, we had to run outside and turn the antenna towards either big city which were 60 miles away in order to get reception.

I remember being elected and I would turn it, then hollar, "Now?" And then a chorus of "No's!" came back until I got it just right.
