We have the treadmill set up with a TV, and when he was younger and even more rambunctious than now, if he wanted to watch, he could only watch whilst walking. He now has to earn screen time, although I'm not as strict about it any more, and he's not quite so full of energy.

That's a great idea! We don't have room for a treadmill...but I wish we would have when DD was younger....LOL...when she was overly fidgety at the dinner table, we use to tell her to go do laps in the cul-de-sac then she could come back and join us at the dinner table. I'd feel kinda bad though because she was very skinny but geez she'd drive you nuts at the table....

Grr...just tuned in to watch "Masterchef" and it's not on. TV guide says it's on but when I put the channel on it's actually Hell's Kitchen...which was supposed to be on an hour ago...so annoying.

DD's teacher did the same thing this past year, when the kids were particularly distracted they had to run laps in the playground. It worked like a charm. Honestly with DS's energy levels I didn't want to give him much screen time, but didn't want to deprive him either. He could earn screen time exercising, playing outside, or playing board games.

Yoplait Smoothies - Frozen Yogurt Smoothies (http://yoplait.com/products/yoplait-smoothie-yogurt - broken link)

Dump a packet in the blender with some milk - I often will toss a banana in too....

The cream puffs are really dangerous. You buy them by the tub. They are frozen cream puffs about 2" in diameter. They are good plain or used in chocolate fondue...I've heard....
