Hey, if you want to hide in the bathroom until my wife's done breast feeding, that is your deal. I'm okay with that.
See a breastfeeding woman, your offended, go run to the restroom and hide.
sounds fair. . .just as fair as trying to breast feed on a uncomfortable toilet
Well said.

What part don't you get that you belong in the bathroom with your feces, not the baby? It's far more important that a baby is not exposed to your feces while s/he's eating than you.

i have to say, there have been times where i needed to do number two, and was in the middle of eating something, i still did my number two, ate my hamburger and called it a day. hey, i am still alive and didnt get sick,
i also didnt wipe my feces on my hands either.
I have to admit, I did feed my baby on the toilet at least once. I really needed to wee and she really needed to feed - bad timing on her part! But it was my own toilet, not some filthy public toilet.

it happens, and i am sure you have a healthy child
the other thing no one seems to get, is i am saying go in the bathroom, not strip down and sit on the toilet though.
you can still sit with clothes on.....

That isn't the point. Breastfeeding a baby is not obscene and as a society we have decided it is both moral and legal to do in public. If you don't like it, don't look at it.
I don't like smoking, or watching people chew tobacco, I don't pretend I have the right to tell people where they can or cannot do it.

BTW, i have 3 sons, and they are all still alive.
And you had your 3 sons eat in the shyter? Talk about crappy parents.

Lol. I've often peed while holding a child, but never nursed. Kudos.
That's completely different than someone chastising you for nursing in public and suggesting your child should eat in the potty so they can personally be more comfortable.

Incredibly healthy, maybe cos I always let her crawl around the bathroom floor whenever I went to the loo.
I think its fine if women want to breastfeed somewhere private, whether its a toilet or a baby change room or in their car. If it makes them more comfortable then thats what they need to do. I just object to women being asked to feed somewhere private to make someone else more comfortable.
