Its usually arrived by now. I think they're predicting a warmer than usual winter, like the year before last when there was hardly any snow.

Good place to study environmental science I reckon, they do a lot of research in that area over here I gather.

Yes, most Universities in Europe do. I am looking for a colder Country where a good majority of the people can speak English while I struggle with learning their language . That leaves the Nordic Countries basically .
