Penn State (State College) Great location in (Centre) county, one of the best meteorology programs in the US, and spectacular scenery. It gets an a+ in my book.

Being a New Englander myself, I must say that Kutztown is a small but unique college town. Old, clean and well kept. My son attended there. Also Bethlehem downtown and around Moravian is very neat, and reminds me of Marthas Vinyard in so many ways.
