My family and friends are mostly Argentinean, Uruguayan, Brazilian, Chilean, Venezuelan, Colombian, Costa Rican and Dominican. Not that I'm anti-PR or Mexican, I've just always gotten along better and been more around the people I listed. Are there any Philly neighborhoods where some of these nationalities are seen or have some kind of population? (bodegas, restaurants, other businesses)

It's still mostly Puerto Rican:
2010 Census for LANCASTER, PA - ZIP Code Database, ZIP Code Maps

29.2% Puerto Rican
39.3% total Hispanic

You can use it for other cities too, as well as whatever zip codes you want within those cities. I typed in a few cities in the Philly area with large Hispanic populations, and most of the Hispanics were Puerto Rican.

It's not in Philly but I know for a fact that at least some of these groups are in Upper Darby and Millbourne. I was just reading something a few months ago about Ecuadorians who had moved to Upper Darby in 2012. Considering that something like 70+ languages are spoken by the students of Upper Darby High School, I'd say that you'll probably find the groups you listed living somewhere in the township or in the municipalities that aren't a part of the township but go to its schools. Take a stroll down 69th Street sometime.

As for the city, if I had to guess I'd say West, Southwest, maybe parts of South and parts of North, and maybe parts of the Lower Northeast.

HE IS 100% CORRECT.. I was pleasantly surprised by that area during my visit recently. There's also a Portuguese population there as well as a Dominicans and a small population of Mexicans. Puerto Ricans are the dominant spanish speaking group population wise. I truly enjoyed eating at the variety of restaurants in that area as well.
