I don't like their list, but there are very good hospitals and doctors in the city and region.

For PA the list is laughable. No PennMed or CHOP. And nothing in Pittsburgh? Come on.

MainLine Health(Bryn Mawr and Lankenau) is okay but ....

healthgrades.com is apparently not what it seems. Google it. PennMed probably decided not to participate in whatever shady stuff they are into.

A ton of healthcare professionals who work nationally are trained in the area. It's a huge percentage. There are 5 med. schools here. Penn Nursing is top notch as is the program at LaSalle.

Hershey Medical made both last closer to me. But mighty Geisinger Medical nearer a Big hispital for a mire small city and rural region.... did not they and Hershey tried to merge a few years ago. Not very friendly in that it failed easily in both are just different in operations and more.

Geisinger got so big in this region. They bought or run must of the small city hospitals in a wide county area today. But it saved many smaller hospitals. My hometown hospital. They fully remodeled in the takeover.
The US News ranking is the one that matters.

The list is a joke with no U Penn, CHOP, UPMC for PA.

Mass General, Johns Hopkins, and the Cleveland Clinic are not in top 100 on this list?? These, along with U Penn, are probably among the top 10.
