Relocating to Phoenix, need advice on a location

First off, I want to thank everyone who gave suggestions on here to my sister. She read all of the suggestions and was very pleased with the responses. It helped alot with her decision making process.

And to my cousin on here, sorry if I called you biased, but you know already that I know absolutely nothing about Phoenix. My sister told me that you all turned down the previous suggestions she had so I was alittle skeptical, but after doing more research I see you both were right. Again. I guess I owe yall one when I come down for a visit.

Thanks for all the help though, my sister does appreciate it and has decided to up her price range and check out Tempe, Mesa, & Chandler just like you've mentioned to her already.....

By the way, I dont know if my sister told you this already, but she was looking at an apartment in Phoenix that we found out was located in Maryvale.
