That makes sense. It does take some additional time and effort to sort through craigslist and go look at furniture or whatever until you find the right one at the right price. We've had a few experiences where someone advertises something as being in really good condition, and then we go see it and it's nowhere near how it's described. Had that happen with a living room set, where it was advertised in excellent condition, but was actually very worn and the ottoman had crayon marks all over it. Dealing with this type of situation isn't for everyone.
