In the case of this thread, yes, because it's generally about which month do Phoenicians believe the best weather is. Looks like November is winning so far. I've found lately that traffic isn't that much lighter in the summer months. When you have a metro area of well over 4 million people, there really isn't a less hectic time of year that's all that noticeable. 20 or 30 years ago, I would have agreed with you.

Monsoon season I feel really isn't until August, hence the "I get August but... July??"

Though there is a lot less traffic in the summer. I prefer worse traffic and better weather.

I prefer the old adage that if you aren’t here in the summer you don’t deserve the winter.

I picked January but December also works as they are the two coldest.
Elle Tea.

That has her name written all over it.

November for me...March is too close to summer and at that point I'm already dreading its return. It is great out right now.

Yes. March for me for exactly the same reasons. The only downside is that it's also about the busiest month of the year here with all the Spring Training visitors in town and all the snowbirds still here.

I'm surprised I was the only person who said or voted April, I always thought it was a prime month here

Haha I can't argue against that. I am here year round and have suffered this October and September all for December and January... it's worth it sometimes.
