That is what is exactly, well almost, it cuts and crimps the edge at the same time. It has no makers mark on it. I use it and it works great.

Pretty cool!...I'm not really a pie maker...my grandmother made some awesome Lemon Meringue Pies...the top egg white layer had the highest peaks I've ever seen on a pie! ... and Boston Cream and Apple Pies too....MMmmm....memories are nice.......hope no one is hungry reading this!

I just used it for making lemon merangue pies for my new years day dinner, I made home made enchiladas and mexican rice for the main course.

It's a house. It was either in Arizona or New Mexico??? I was driving along near Route 66 and this house came into view....pretty cool architecture, eh?
